ALEXIOS DEMOS

CEO & Directing Architect

Architect, founder and CEO of his firm he guides the design decisions and aesthetics of each individual project.  With a personal mantra of “Dream, Dare, Design” he spearheads the company with his progressive design blended with timeless qualities.  As Junior Associate of Demos Associates Ltd. for over 10 years along his father - Mr. S. Demos, has provided extensive experience and valuable hands-on knowledge.      

Mr. Demos has studied Architecture at the University of Bath, U.K.

PAVLINA DEMOS

FF&E Consultant

She directs the design and selections of the FF&E department in conjunction with the development of the interior architecture.  Having supported Demos Associates Ltd. for more than a decade, she has developed a deep understanding of the hospitality sector.  Her depth of experience with luxury projects is enhanced by her knowledge of architectural history and arts.

Mrs. Demos has studied at Warwick University, U.K. – B.A. Art History, and U.C.L. - M.A Museum Studies.
