DEMOS ASSOCIATES was founded in Athens, Greece in 1979 with the objective of providing professional architectural and design services.  Since its establishment, the company's design activities have been principally involved wtih the hospitality / hotel industry; having also undertaken projects for commercial and residential interiors.​

The company's co-ordinated conceptual design for each individual project in terms of creative and exclusive designs and architectural applications, integration of local character and details, as well as design flexibility within the limitations of each project, reflect the firm's commitment to creating and delivering spaces with maximum commercial value and aesthetic appeal.

In 2022, Demos Associates is re-launched as DEMOS DESIGN with the next generation of experienced hotel consultants.  The company's dynamic presence aims to create new contexts with respect to the sustainability of the design, integrity to the identity of the project and re-assertion of the potential and responsibility of architecture - inherent qualities that define the continuum of Demos Associates.
